Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
- If you received a free shipping promotion, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns unless the product is defective or an error was made in the fulfillment of the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
